Mychael Kinzel from Restoration1 came out because I had contacted R1 about a water heater leak and potential damage to my cellar. Mychael was super helpful, explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The next day, Kevin Isidro and his crew (Alex and Oscar) came out to take some measurements and explain what they planned to do the mitigate and remediate the issue. Kevin answered my questions and was super professional and helpful in this stressful situation. The project is underway and thus far, I’ve been nothing but super impressed with R1 and their above-board communication from Mychael and Kevin, and discussing issues from the homeowners perspective, even to the point of helping me with next steps and what steps might not be necessary.
