Five Stars are not enough! Under the leadership of Demetrius Smith, Senior Team Leader, Brady Clark, Greg Hazley, and Devontea Harrington accomplished what I thought to be the impossible. Within 3 hours, the carpet and padding of a master suite, 2 guest bedrooms, and an office full of furniture, accessories, and clothes were removed! As an overwhelmed homeowner surveying the damage to ALL installed flooring due to flooding, I didn’t know what to do next. Mr. Smith professionally and compassionately outlined their game plan – first the carpet and then the hardwood floors. He explained that this is what they do best. He encouraged me to let them do it.
