Ann and Fred Deal

We had a “dirty” water flood from the upstairs toilet which spread down through the core of our home to the basement. Restoration 1 and particularly Randy Minor were very efficient and prompt with the response. Randy even diagnosed the initial problem with his efficient camera/phone. Oscar, Dokken, Riley, Xavier, Thomas H, and Dennis were courteous and careful with the tear out of stone floors and carpet and cabinets, We give you all a 5 star rating and thank you!
