Jessie did an inspection of my basement this morning as I was concerned about the possibility of some mold. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. In the end, his assessment was we had no mold, so did not need the services of restoration one but he did recommend contacting a company that specializes in basements to see how we might improve our ventilation. At no point did he attempt to sell me on something we didn’t need. For me, this speaks volumes to the integrity of this company. Thank you, Jesse.
