We had a sink overflow in our kitchen that saturated about 100 sq ft of plank vinyl and leaked into the basement. I called three restoration companies; one didn’t answer, and one thought they MIGHT be able to get out the next day. Not acceptable with a soaked floor and mold risk! Daniel from Restoration1 got out to our house in a few hours, and got fans and a dehumidifier going immediately. Next day the full crew came in and did an efficient job, removing bad flooring, drying the water, taking moisture readings in kitchen and basement, and setting up a total of 8 high capacity fans, two dehumidifiers, and an air cleaner. We got dried out after only 3 days, and they checked status every day. Daniel and David knew what they were doing, were professional and friendly, and looking out to do the job in best fashion and with least material removal as possible. Restoration1 showed up and delivered, and minimized the disruption of this kitchen fiasco. They sent me a 27 page report with detailed explanations, many photos, and 3 videos. I sent this to my insurance company, and they paid my claim within 3 hours! :-). Well done!
