I highly recommend this company. Larry was punctual, informative, had great advice and he was prepared with everything he needed to determine if water damage would require me to remove my ceiling, remove parts of it or just repaint it with a stain block first. He has provided me with a statement that can be used at a sale to prove it was all dry and there was no mold. I feel very confident in the information he gave me and in recommending him to friends, family and people I do not know.
