Positive: professional, caring, hard working, attention to detail, thorough. We’ve had 4 floods and 2 water leaks in our basement since 2019. Restoration 1 has been there each time we needed them. They worked well with our insurance when needed and completed every instance of water mitigation in a timely and thorough manner. They removed the water and then the wet walls and flooring immediately and quickly and set up their drying equipment. Before contacting the company which rebuilt what was removed, they carefully monitored the whole area and made sure no mold would grow.
