Restoration of any sort is a lengthy process, but the accompanying stress can be greatly mitigated by a professional team expert in the many and varied specialties involved. We feel very fortunate to have selected Restoration 1 of West Denver to partner with on our water-damage-restoration journey. Tyson worked diligently on our behalf, coordinating with our insurance company to reach agreement on the restoration details and costs, and he did a great job managing the inter-dependent pieces of the restoration puzzle. The hard-working restoration experts, especially Alejandro (Alex) and Arturo, conveyed themselves in a professional manner, and were very receptive to our detail-oriented nature, diligently working to resolve all concerns. Alex, in particular, went above and beyond, making many trips to restore our popcorn ceiling that was damaged in a particularly difficult spot (at the bottom of a vaulted ceiling with down-lighting washing across it, frustratingly highlighting any imperfections).
