I contacted Restoration 1 due to an ongoing flood in my basement. Water was pouring in rather quickly from outside and the team answered the late night call and a very friendly specialist came to stop the flood, identify the issue, and ultimately assist in drying the basement completely after the fact. They did an excellent job. The bill for this emergency visit was rather large, which I believe is also something to be aware of, however I feel comfortable paying it for the service I received and the support i’ve continued to receive since then. Restoration 1 has provided me a customized plan tailored to meet my needs that allows me to pay my bill over time. I even had a financial hiccup where I was unable to make one of the payments and Joey was kind enough to actually restructure my entire plan to accommodate this. Would I contact them for help again if needed? Absolutely! Thank you Restoration 1, especially Joey. Keep doing great work!
