Last Sunday my home flooded .. washing machine overflowed and although it was Memorial weekend, Mike from Restoration 1 came out promptly and started the drying out process I cant say enough about how he calmed me down and explained everything he was doing in detail, I’m so grateful. He and his partner Robert came back every day (for 4 days) … sometimes with more equipment measuring humidity, dampness etc. until they were satisfied everything was dried up THANK YOU both I posted this review regarding the mitigation process earlier however I have to add that my experience with the office staff was amazing. There was some confusion regarding payment and they were extremely understanding and courteous. I can’t say enough about Renee, the office manager, she finally got me straightened out and I’m very grateful.
