Restoration 1 is the gold standard. Every step from the initial assessment with Benji to the remediation job with Ted and Tyriek was friendly , professional, and polite. Ted and Tyriek took care to secure the area so as not to effect the surrounding room, removed all the water damaged walls/material, disinfected, and ran a professional grade air purifier. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. I highly recommend Restoration 1 and will spread the word of their excellent customer service and commitment to do a job well done. I wish all contractors were this pleasant, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.
