I saw Jason at an exhibit at the home show. I mentioned I had a water issue (understatement). We made an appointment for him to come to our home the next morning. Within 5 minutes, he found the water leak. By that afternoon, his team led by Jessica were getting to work I can’t express how professional, courteous, and quickly the Restoration 1 team responded. I would recommend these folks to anyone that require their services. Let me say how thorough Jacob, Jake (Red), Toni, and her team packed up our belongings, removed carpeting, and began the restoration process. Restoration 1 employees such as Issac, Chelly, Megan, Kollin, Emily, Matt and Ryan all, all provided outstanding service and are kind, friendly and always made me feel as I was the most important client they had. Unfortunate accidents occur, but the mitigation team was incredibly proficient. And I wouldn’t hesitate to call Restoration 1 in the future. Thank you team, you were wonderful.
