We had previously talked to another service who left and did not return the same day as he promised. So we called Restoration 1 of Cary. Carrie one of the owners and Brenden were very attentive to what we needed. It only took one call to Carrie and within a couple of hours Brenden was here providing an evaluation of what was needed to restore our basement. More staff arrived the same day to start the process. Carrie and her staff provided the urgency and delivered. Carrie called several times on day one to follow up and ensured we had what we needed. Brenden’s attention to detail was much appreciated.
