I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but wanted to leave a note about the Restoration 1 crew that helped with my whole house flood this year. My cabin in Winthrop flooded in February 2024 – like 3 weeks of a large diameter pipe leaking nonstop – it was awful. After I called my insurance company, I had the dumb luck to call Restoration 1 – on a Friday afternoon of a long holiday weekend. Aimee took my call and called me back within minutes to say that one of their foremen – Randy would be out – that night (!) to start the water damage remediation process. Over the next 2 1/2 months, the entire crew of Riley, Thomas, Xavier, Dennis, Travis, and Randy took care of everything. My house was damaged extensively, but they removed all of the water damaged belongings, gutted all of the wet drywall, cabinets, paneling, and flooring and dried out my house to a very high standard. They were incredibly communicative and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I hope you don’t need them, but if you do have an unfortunate situation with water damage in North Central Washington, this should be the call you make.
