I called Restoration One on a Thursday afternoon with a mold issue and Jonathan Dew came out first thing Friday morning. Jonathan was so polite, professional and informative. We didn’t have a big issue but he took a lot of time to ease our concerns and made sure that we understood everything that he would be doing during this service call. There is no question about who our first call will go to if another issue such as this were to arise in the future.
