This review is long overdue! I just want to give Leo and the team a shoutout. My husband and I discovered mold in our attic and immediately panicked. We have only owned this home since June of 2022 and had been told by the previous owners they had mold previously mitigated in the attic (long story short). We had proof of this previous mitigation and the company who completed the services wasn’t highly reviewed or searchable (long story short, again, ha!) so I immediately got on google and came across Restoration 1 and saw all the amazing reviews and thought there is literally no way we’re not going to ask them to help us! If this many people take time to review, that means something! Leo got back to me immediately via Facebook messenger, exchanged numbers and was able to come look at the attic for us the very next day. We had a quote and team out here within 2 days! Absolutely professional, respectful, clean and reasonable! In addition, Leo made a recommendation for HVAC so that we could have vents connected properly in the attic. We plan on using Restoration 1 again for additional services down the line and will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! You can’t get better than Restoration 1, or Leo and the team!
