A big THANK YOU to Sarah, Jose, and Alberto. Came in the next day for an assessment, got an estimate the day after, and they helped me ping my insurance to get them to processes this! Work was done well, thorough demo, drying/cleaning, and rebuild. I was incredibly surprised with how quickly they got the work done, and I’m grateful to see the mold safely removed!! Communication was steady throughout the process, and prompt updates. Would definitely call Restoration 1 in a heartbeat for any water issues in the future!
