HIGHLY recommend Restoration 1 for water mitigation needs. In an upstairs bathroom the cold water supply pipe to toilet snapped and flooded the bathroom as well as the bathroom next to it and then water leaked through the floors into kitchen and laundry downstairs. It was 10pm and we were able to speak with Sherry at Restoration 1 who put us in touch with Anthony. We spoke with Anthony over FaceTime and he walked us through what to do in real time and what the process would be moving forward. His team would have been able to come out right away but we opted to wait till morning. His team arrived the next morning, took out all damaged flooring, set up dehumidifiers and fans throughout, connected tubes from fans into the kitchen ceiling to dry everything out. Blaine was awesome. He worked around our family of six and reassured us along the way. Anthony encouraged us to call or text with the smallest of questions at any hour day or night. Blaine and team came back three days later to check moisture levels. All was dry so they packed everything up. We would 100% work with them again!
