I highly recommend Restoration 1 for handling water damage. Mychael explained the process and issues thoroughly, and assisted with filing the insurance claim. Kevin came over the day the plumber let them know about a broken water line to my fridge and subsequent flooding behind the wall and to the kitchen below. The response was fast, efficient and Kevin gave me daily updates. Alex, Jesus and Oscar all did a great job, along with the team who handled packing up everything in the cabinets that had to be removed. They were even able to save my granite countertops. I am very happy with the remediation to my two kitchens.
