Absolutely cannot say enough good things about Restoration 1 and its team. We recently sustained a water loss and they came out within an hour of us calling for water damage restoration. We worked mostly with Tim, but the owner Ben also stopped by to meet with us and check in on the progress. Tim communicated with us every step of the way, and made sure we knew exactly what the process would look like and how long it would take. He and his crew were incredibly professional, efficient, and clearly care about the work they do. Most importantly, they went above and beyond to ensure this process was as stress-free as possible for us. So grateful to you all for taking such great care of our home! Cannot recommend Restoration 1 enough.
