Researched and found Restoration 1 (of Frisco) on Google and Facebook, and so thankful I did!! With all the rainstorms that happened previously, I noticed a patch of mold in my son’s closet. The rain had broke apart cement between the brick from the outside of his window. Mark’s team came the very same week and took care of the mold!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable and had very fair pricing! They put treatment and dried the entire area in question, then replaced the sheet rock and floorboard trim. It looks brand new!! Slept comfortably knowing Mark and his team took care of the mold issue quickly and efficiently. If I ever need services again, I’m only calling Restoration 1. Sidenote: I also had someone with brick/mortar experience to fix the cement from outside the house by my son’s room. Satisfied Customer, Michelle F.
