Coming home from vacation to a flooded basement is never fun. We were referred to Restoration 1 and spoke with Amber. She was awesome…very accommodating on a Sunday evening! Josh, Nathan and Austin were at our home within a few hours and started working quickly to extract the water. They helped with the removal of damaged furniture. We needed many large fans and dehumidifiers to dry the carpeting. The team stopped by daily to check on the progress. We can’t thank the team enough for making a very stressful situation a little easier. Thank you!!
