Josh came out to examine our basement flood damage. He suggested we replace the carpet rather than attempt to dry out. He also measured dampness in wet walls and made some diy fixes for me to perform to save on repair costs. Our loss wasn’t extensive or worth attempting an insurance claim. He provided prudent advice rather than try to make a sale. Great experience.
