David Rizos was very easy to communicate with. He returns calls, texts and emails. That’s a big plus! It was a pleasure doing business with him, and we will consult him again if such need arises. He sent photos at each stage of completion. We had flood damage to sheetrock walls, baseboards, interior support beams and laminate floor. He had me pay in stages as each section was completed. David coordinated with a separate flooring contractor. He is located very near my area (Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Rd). I highly recommend David Rizos!
