Restoration1 was recommended by our plumber after our basement flooded. The team that worked on our home included Kevin, Nico, and Jesus. They were all excellent workers, highly professional, kind, and punctual. Every morning they updated me on the plan for the day, and checked in after the work was done to let me know what had been accomplished and what was to come. If I was not home, they either called or texted me. I knew what was happening every step of the way, they were honest and transparent. Communication was excellent, they always took the time to answer my questions. They warned me about noise levels and even – get this- worked around my toddler’s nap schedule when work was particularly loud and my toddler couldn’t fall asleep because of it. How incredible is that. I could not speak more highly of this team. This is a very human company, without a doubt, hire them.
