My basement was flooded from a broken pipe and I was referred to Restoration1 by the plumber I called to fix the leak. I’m so glad I called Restoration1 – they were lifesavers! They sent someone out immediately to assess the source of the leak and the damage to my home, helped me contact my home insurance company to file a claim and then jumped on the clean up project right away. My onsite team (Mychael, Randy (PM), Thomas, Xavier, Dennis, Travis, Nate and Jacob) along with Aimee and Jon in the office were all a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, personable, professional and kept me informed about the damage they were finding and what the plans were to fix the situation. I would definitely recommend Restoration1 to anyone who finds themselves in a situation like mine.
