Restoration 1 does it all, they do it fast, and they do it right. Every initial inspector has been out to start organizing cleanup within 2 hours of my emergency. Drew dropped everything on a Sunday night to get a cleanup started, and Arielle was available for complicated questions for days after-the-fact. The head of the cleanup crew, Mr. Tim, is always prompt, professional, and thorough while also being unfailingly kind. Every member of his teams – Jimrell, Dennis, Corey, Jason, Jimmy, Sean – have been the same and always open to answering my questions. Their project estimator, Jonathan, has been indispensable and infinitely patient both in helping me understand the insurance process and dealing with my insurance himself. The local owner, David, really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right. I am grateful beyond words for these people and what they do!
