I live outside of Joe’s territory, yet he was quick to return my call and offer friendly advice about how to address flood damage in my home. Joe first conducted a listening exercise by asking me to share with him about the sequence of events leading up to up to the current state of affairs. He asked some helpful questions to gain a full understanding of the situation, and he shared his observations/recommendations and coached me on how to navigate this conversation with nearby restoration companies. Joe went above and beyond to guide me, and it’s apparent that he is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Joe’s actions demonstrated a desire to aid his fellow man, and I would 100% engage Joe for my home repairs if I lived in his area!
