When my hot water heater sprang a major leak in my storage room Restoration 1 was first on the scene. They quickly assessed the damage and went to work removing the water, placing equipment to dry out the area, and even took photos of the crawl space below the storage room to make sure it was dry and free of moisture damage. They called before each visit and showed up during the time window we agreed on. Courteous, reliable, efficient and thorough. Sadly, qualities in short supply these days.
